| Golfing:
The donation cost for golfing is $150 per golfer. This includes golf, carts, banquet
style dinner, and three hour open bar at the resort. There will also be a raffle and an
auction at the dinner. There will be opportunities to purchase tickets on the golf
course during the event. $5 each -or- buy 4 get one free! |
| Dinner:
The donation cost for dinner-only is $75 per person. This includes
buffet style dinner and 3 hours open bar at the resort. You can
register by mail or online.
The dinner will begin around 6:30 PM.

| Hotel:
Why not make a short weekend trip out of the event?
The hotel has offered us a block of rooms at a discount rate for all that are
participating in the event.
Reservations must be made by May 1st.
